Ever dreamed of a career in dance?

Vision Dance Team is designed for aspiring dancers wishing to excel in the performing arts. These classes will have a strong foundation in technique and will cover styles such as Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Song and Dance, Tap and more.

Artistic Director Jill Wehner brings 20 years of teaching experience to each and every class, and you can be assured there are no junior or trainee teachers at Vision. 

Junior Dance Team is for dancers with at least one year of experience aged 10 - 14 yrs. Senior Dance Team is for ages 15 and above and must have a strong technical dance background.

Team members will compete in local, interstate and international eisteddfods. They also have the opportunity to do paid performance work. This is not your average dance class. Dancers will learn everything from technique to stage craft, choreography to performance.

Each dancer will also have a private lesson with Jill to review their terms work. This will give each dancer specified personal attention and more time to work on areas that the student wishing to improve in.

Every student will also have a professional photography session. These images will be used for their ‘comp’ cards. These cards can be used for auditions, castings and interviews.

Vision will also hold regular workshops with Australia’s industry elite as well as opportunities to see professional shows.

Junior Dance Team:

In class dancers must wear: Vision Dance t-shirt/singlet and black tights/shorts or black leotard.
Hair must be neatly tied off the face, All dancers must have – Black elastic jazz shoes, pink ballet shoes, tan chorus shoes and white hip hop shoes

Senior Dance Team:

In class dancers must wear: Vision Dance t-shirt/singlet and black tights/shorts or black leotard.
